Frequent Disconnection on Reliance Jio Airfiber

Having issues with Jio Airfiber
frequent 10-15 second disconnections and interruptions every 380MB in usage history. Also, noticed more buffering on the STB which others are posting on Twitter too.

Any other Jio Airfiber users experiencing these problems?

For me its very annoying to get disconnected in between between online meeting. Thinking to switch back to alliance broadband until jio fixes its stability.

Pls suggest.

I am using Jio AirFiber. I don't know the usage size but every day the WiFi gets disconnected once in a day.
I have a question to you. Do you have audio and video out of sync issue. I have audio video out of sync issue with Jio TV+ ALL NEWS TV Channels. The audio starts first and video starts later with a delay and the lip movement and audio/sound comes later. It is disgusting to watch.
I checked 3 OTT apps and the audio and video are in sync.

I have reported the issue to Jio and they have closed 4 service requests/tickets without resolving the issue.

Do you have audio or sound and video out of sync issue with NEWS TV channels with Jio TV+ using Jio set top box in Jio Airfiber. Please reply.

Yes I checked the usage details and my session ends after 380 MB. You are right, there is a serious issue with Jio AirFiber.

@sampath1 is there any Bluetooth speaker connected?
And did you tried to reset the stb ?
For me synchronisation related issues isnt present

Sound is directed to TV speakers. I am using Sony XR-55A95L latest TV from SONY.

This audio and video out of sync issue is happening with NEWS TV channels and I checked with 3 OTT apps and there audio status good.

On that channel press "ok" button and report your problem.
Could please share me the channel number as well?

The channel numbers are 1459, 606, 514, 1456, 604 ( Times now), 1463. Basically all TV NEWS channel's.

Please let me know audio video sync of given channels.

@Faruk I don't use Jio AF, but this session restarting is common in my another network. Not every day, but once in a week or so. I could avoid such interruptions by using a VPN (own wire guard VPN server hosted in India).

I am facing Jio AirFiber disconnections too. In a single office call its getting disconnected for 10 times with each of 2 to 3 seconds. If there is power failure in area and router starts after power back I need to remove Ethernet Main cable 2 3 and connect back then it will start. I raised SR multiple times but no solution on disconnection. Also as per there policy we cannot get refunded if we terminate connection if we paid advance rental. Is anyone terminated connection and asked for refund back?
