MTNL Mumbai Frequent Disconnection.

I am using MTNL triband since 2011. My plan is Narrowband_TNF_Unltd_550_NonCombo. Connection was more or less stable with promised 1 Mbps speed, but from last 2 weeks i am facing frequent disconnections. There is no pattern. Sometimes Internet stops working for an hour, some times full day, sometimes at night. I am really clueless about the problem. Sometimes Internet works fine for hours. I am really frustrated by this random disconnections. Can any body guide me to figure out the problem or what is best course of action to be taken.

check your line stats first .
if attenuation rate is above 20 it can cause issue.
