Frequent disconnection

For the past 2 days my net is getting disconnecd from 12:50 AM to around 7 AM. TIll that timime and after 7 am , there is no problem. I am guessing that they are doing it on purpose. Whom should i complaint to.Please reply

Its not that they donn't listen or get the problems rectified. As for you problem is concerned OpenDNS i guess they might be some power problem between that time as they have to depend on the local power to run their equipment. You should definitely lodge a complaint for this.
