Ofcourse its a scam. And seller is in china ..even if you receive your product..chances are it would be an cheap chinese knock-off.

Ship blank parcels to everyone and hope that a small % mistakenly click item received or something and he gets some money. I have seen this 5-6 times before so I think eBay would have some mechanism to deal with it.
