Getting 15-20 Mbps Upload Speeds On Excitel Even On Peered Servers Services Like Drive And YouTube

So today I got a call from Excitel technical team regarding ticket for high ping from EU servers and guy said it will be fixed and the end of March (or even April) and then closed the ticket :(
Just stay away from Excitel to save your mental health.
 
There's nothing excitel can do, if the issue is with international servers as all (most) international transit is done by Tata.
Tata is having bad latencies to EU since many months now, and they are doing nothing about it, plus they are probably buying non prioritiesed cheap transit from tata.
We have Tata Corporate connection and even on that the minimum latencies is about 220ms+.
 
I can deal with the latency issue what I hate more is the CC experience, they close tickets without even asking.
On side note when I created ticket Airtel 4G was not affected by this issue but now it's 100ms slower than Excitel when pinging EU IPs, on Excitel it's around 230ms & on Airtel 4G it's 330ms (IP used- 84.16.241.227, 23.109.111.76, 92.38.186.73).
 
I have switched to a different ISP, one being Airtel itself, which has great latencies, and the other is some ISP with SIFY as upstream, having somewhat decent PINGS, but Sify has T99 as upstream providers, which are well known for heavy traffic shaping.
 
@Shivam255 It's not fixed completely for me, for most of the EU game servers now I am getting 'normal/usual' ping, but not all. Still seeing this issue on some EU IPs.

@Lolita_Magnum Seems to be fixed for most EU locations except Netherland (game server - 23.109.111.76) for me (see ping results in previous post).
Edit: It's not country specific, even for same country I have totally different pings for different city.
