Hello Guys, I Have 300 Mbps connection from excitel in Jaipur and I'm not able to get more than 15-20 Mbps upload speeds on YouTube, Drive, Facebook video etc. The speedtest.net results are 330 Both Upload and download in Jaipur excitel server but when I use Delhi excitel server it is 180 Download and 150-160 Upload. I contacted technical team and they gave the same old reply after 20-25 minutes of anydesk access "you are getting speeds as you can see on speedtest and it is server issue blah blah" but I did everything from changing my LAN cable, router, resetting the router and everything but still the issue persists. Please help as nobody is able to help. If you have any high authority contact number let me know Thanks.
 
that is low even for non peered servers. can't think of anything that can be done except for wait for it to get fixed by itself.
 
Can someone post their latency matrix?
been facing consistent spikes in SG servers. Pretty sure I didn't get 85-90ms for R6 servers

I used to get around 150-200 ms ping on EU servers in game (War Thunder) & VPN (wow, so BBF is adding sponsored links now? I didn't inserted any link to it) with no packet loss issue, now I am getting more than double the ping. Looks like a routing issue, made a ticket they are still figuring it out :(

Something is definitely not working as it should.

Same issue here, from around 150 ms on EU to more than double this past couple weeks.. wonder what's wrong.
 
@Zombi Did you made a ticket? We need more guys to talk to Excitel CC so they know it's a big issue. At least their tech support has acknowledged the problem, still waiting for them to fix it.
Also it's not just EU, everything outside India (except some SEA servers) is lagging horribly with double the ping. Some EU servers are getting like 430 ms ping.

My problem is the same as well as another problem. Whenever I do speedtest to my city's (Jaipur) excitel server it gives 350/350 speed but when I choose any other server even Excitel's own server. The upload speeds never go above 130-140 and addressing the issue I'm filing tickets since 2 months but team visits and same loop happens no solution. YouTube/Gdrive etc. Upload speeds are never crossing 10 Mbps (1.2 MB/s)
Can someone post YouTube, Gdrive Upload Speed? I'm on 300 Mbps plan. Thanks.
