I am currently using BSNL DSL Broadband and I am on 2GB CUL plan. From 2 days I am getting this error while checking my 'know your usage' tab :
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. Reason:com.elitecore.corenetvertex.core.db.exception.DBDownException: Unable to fetch profile for subscriber ID: ********************@bsnl.in Reason: Datasource not available
Why is this happening? Also, I cannot "DECLINE" the upgrade it asks for after exhausting 2GB limit. And if not done, some web pages won't even open. I want to ask them, why the confirmation page when I am in Daily Plan? I am pretty sure that page is for TOP-UP users (Postpaid users).. Please help? Has anyone else been getting the same above error?
