Getting very low down multi 2 mbps international speed on BSNL

I'm getting very low at down 2 Mbps international speed on multiconnection, upload is fine, are you guys having the same problem
local speedtest servers are fine 200 down 200 up but, when I'm testing with international speediest servers the speeds are like

Local servers :

Source 198Down, 196UP
France:

Source 0.44Down, 45Up
Singapore:

Source 1.5 Down, 158Up
Netherland:

Source 0.93MbpsDown , 114MbpsUp
London:

Source 1Down, 100UP
are you guys having same issue?

Yes me too... I have 300 mbps plan in Pune.

Tested on 60Mbps BSNL plan. Over 2.4Ghz WiFi.

I see it works fine at your end but still same here. Tested on both pc and phone at 5Ghz
