Getting very low speeds on Reliance Jio Fiber

ooh ook thannx bro @upal i contacted them but when i saw that yestarday youtube server was down then i stopped.but today again i experience little slower speed.how does that speed gets reduced.i meant it surely is due to many customers and heavy load on server which slows down or u may be right some issue in my appartment too dont know about that.

i know 399 plan is only for video streaming not for downloading but atleast what they promise they should provide that.when i download something late night like just after 12:00 AM it starts gives me ok speed 3.7 MBps but it most of time is slow between 10 AM to 11 PM somewhere around 1.5 to 2.5 MBps.
