I downgraded to 300Mb from 500.

Costed 4500 all inclusive for 6mo.

I also got them to change my static IP due to a blacklisting issue externally.

Bro they are overseling packs, download speed is congested or their bandwidth touch upto their limit ,but upload speed you are getting more than 900mbps means upload speed space is not full , maybe splitter is faulty in your area Fiber distribution box if power is not constant it fluctuate.

Even me and other forum members assumed overselling but the speeds are very much hardcapper and don't go above the range even at 3AM

About optical power i wanna know how much fluctuations you guys get everytime you refresh optical power page because since this is my first GPON based connection and i always had this issue so don't know how it should be behaving every second

What happened to the test which the LCO was about to do at his place with your credentials? You guys saw something there?

The person managing olt at lco seems extremely arrogant. he did not help even a bit ever in the whole situation. i did ask him to perform tests there but his response was wait 4-5 days we're solving don't teach us (this was on 11 april :P )

Final update :
After talking to some friendly NOC engineers it all boiled down to there's something wrong in last mile connectivity, which LCO won't be fixing since there are a lot of splitters (more than 5 probably) and given the topography it isn't feasible to make any major changes.

I will now be proceeding with downgrading the plan, they are very adamant to not lower the deductions even though service ticket is literally open since 31 March to 3 May on their own portal. And even in this they're stating my lco marked my recharge as "cash" transaction (even though i Google Pay-ed him) so only LCO can cancel my current plan and apply new one. This was such a BS like what do i have to do if the LCO is paying in cash or DD or gold coins.
