Nearly 20 years ago, Nick Cave was asked by Russell Crowe to write a Gladiator II sequel. It would've featured Maximus being reincarnated, sent back by the gods, over two millennia and ending up in present day. Ridley Scott played around with the idea but the movie never came to fruition. : movies

This is out. But as usual, skip it.

was a bit confusing at first as i have no idea what the plot was. and i haven't seen the first one so again, had no clue about the link with the first movie. but it is quite watchable. kind of like spartacus but just not as gory i suppose.
