Good plan with greater fup.

Hi,

I am from patiala,punjab. People here mostly use BSNL or connect broadband. I don't think so i need to tell about these shitty services. I suffer unstable adsl link for 7-8 days each month. I am using 20 GB for 2mbps plan of bsnl broadband. I need a better broadband service. I am a heavy user with downloading and online gaming. Please note that there are very few broadband companies in my city. Need your suggestions.

Well, they buy the internet from bsnl and give it as different plans to the customers. As far as i know they have very less fup in there plans. I need atleast 40 gb at 2mbps atleast. My budget is 1600 INR per month. Also, if there are some 3g companies offering atleast 2mbps speed but greater fup in my price range in my area. Let me know.

How is reliance 3g in your area? First test it if you like then you can opt for 12months zero plan from their site shop.rcom.co.in
Remember 3g is different from cdma evdo 3g option(both given on website)

for online gaming, wireless is not recommended.

With useless bsnl routing in comparison i think difference wont be much.

i'm using bsnl for gaming. pings are around 250 ms for Singapore servers and 400ms for usa servers.

i think you should do a test gaming on wireless connection to feel the latency difference (try CS:GO).

the difference will be day and night.

120ms to Singapore. 220ms to UK. Reliance CDMA. No idea about actual gaming performance though.
