as for the just in time thing... the bug did not affect calendar. just the people's app. so it's not like it would have caused any issues if it was not fixed in december itself.

Yeah but they fixed it probably before December at least for US crowd. But I was hoping to see the fix for very little lag in project butter but I guess they haven't solved it yet.

Mine too was also of 985. There must be some miss information from Android pit.

Anyways I have found another cookie in 4.2.1. Now there seems to be a quick pop up coming at the top of the screen for text messages which I think is welcome feature. Very handy.
