Whenever I am looking for update via OTA, I am getting errors as " unable to connect network".

patience bhai :D you are more likely to get it through kies first. just wait for more confirmations from the forum people. we do have a bunch of s3 owners around here!

btw. i saw samuel's note with ics yesterday. samsung seems to have really cleaned up their mess when it comes to user interface. it does not look half as bad as it used to look on gingerbread!

That's why I am highly confused whether to go with jelly bean or not? ICS seems to be good enough as of now. Jelly Bean didn't impressed me much and it lack flash too. Only thing good is Google Now

When I gave my note to Mom, it had cyanogenmod installed. She didn't like it at all but likes touchwiz.

:| i am sure that if you update, adobe flash would not disappear from your phone if it is still installed. second, jelly bean is all about fine tuning the ics user interface. i am sort of confused on how google now and s-voice would co-exist :D in any case, adobe has discontinued adobe flash on android... continuing to use it on your phone just makes it more vulnerable to possible stability problems.

So, you recommend for Jelly Bean update. Also Google Now has many more features than S voice. Again pop up play already exist in S3. So confused how this feature will behave in JB

lol. dude. google now is freaking awesome yes. unless samsung makes it hard to use it over their own s-voice. they had no reason to develop s-voice assuming google had informed them in advance about google now. s-voice no looks like a sad piece of bloat on samsung's android devices.
