I am happy with this small change. My Nexus has a nasty habit of losing wifi connection in sleep mode. So when I turn on the phone after a long gap, a bunch of these popups are layered up on the homescreen. I have to press OK multiple times to get rid of them. This requires one single click.

On N4, they seem to have recalibrated the display again. Colors pop out more, looks better than before. Battery life has improved, because the phone deep sleeps better now.

Updated mine (N5). Apart from dialer and people app, there are no visual changes I guess. Under the hood, there are many bug and security fixes according to Google. Let's see if there are any other noticeable improvements.
