its ever , ever , ever present bug in my all android devices till date , it was in 2.2- 2.3 gingerbread
its on 4.3 jellybean and i am sure it will be in 4.4 kitkat too
its got only 1 solution till date ......................................restart device after 2-3 hours after full battery recharge ............just once and 99% of time it will be gone for that day

What is the logic of the 2-3 hour time frame though?

Nothing

Just trial and error technology

I used to restart immediately after battery recharge but most of the time it still juiced out my battery.............. So I tried restarting after 2-3 hours and it worked better
