iPhones have had better cameras than Pixel ever since iPhone XS when they started putting in multiple cameras and working on software algorithms

Off topic from cameras - If i get a pixel 6 pro from the US, will volte work on Airtel/Jio?
I ask this because operators need to enable this for phones (or that's what they tell) and since this phone is not launched in India, what are the chances that volte will work here?

would be unlikely. jio might work. airtel would be very unlikely. wait for a few weeks. someone should post about this on reddit or elsewhere.
