Lol, the funniest thing is there's no service center in the state capital, Patna!

From my understanding they don't do any repairs. They are just collection point. Until few weeks ago all phones were sent to Noida. Even a simple battery change means 15 days no phone.

Try calling them! Just ask you need to get battery change on some pixel model and if it can be done on spot.

Things were same when I had the Pixel 2. I wanted to get new battery. Guy lands at home and told me phone would be sent to Mumbai. 10-15 days time to get it back.

yes all are collection point only but these are new ones I remember calling the delhi one for my screen repair of pixel 6.
