Google play still does not accept Indian Debit Cards, that is the biggest factor.
Plus they should price the books cheaper for India. Many of the books I have seen have cheaper paperback editions than the ebooks

Thats an Amazing news.... too bad ebooks are priced as printed ones, nevertheless I totally want to give myself into google ecosystem. No flipkart for me layful:

For some reason my payment is getting declined when I tried purchasing a book. The same payment method worked fine for an app.
