Have you played it recently after connecting it to your Google+ account?
subway surf unfortunately does not have a connection to Google but has to facebook :-

I thought the game has to connect with Google+ to support the new Google Play Games Service. :

Yeah, google i guess recognizes it as game in its own app, gives an option to start the game from in there, but does not show it as my recently played games, which in my understanding should be there also, though it would or should not be showing my hi score in there, but at least should let my circles know that i have played it

Google Play Games on my phone does not show Blitz which I play almost daily but has no connectivity with Google+.
