OK I get what you are saying. Well from what I remember, define: used to always present this assortment of dictionary definitions. However, specifying just define was something I was not aware of.
yes i came to know today too..that it now supports just define without colon.. infact they have replaced help document.. it no longer mentions define COLON.but point is if they have removed define COLON feature then it shud not mention, "no definitions found"!

ok, i played around with this feature. does not seem to work with attachments which i was expecting it does. if it does not support attachments, i guess it is pretty much useless.
well i tend to use thunderbird when i am sending emails with large attachments. just feel much better. i was just hoping that attachment sending could be done in the background. that was why i was excited when i read about this feature on the gmail blog.
as i said... when u compose... just shift-click on compose.. it will open in new window...after that u can select files to attach and click send and then go back to MAIN window. the compose window will automatically do its work in background.
i know what you are saying but sending attachments for me is easier through thunderbird as i just rightclick on the file and select mail recipient from send to menu. saves me the option to manually attach the file inside Gmail.
