Google Settings app on Android devices

Released today as part of Google+ Sign-In launch. Mostly works as a shortcut to privacy settings in other Google apps.

Just noticed today in my mobile.
Crap! Just noticed that it's already posted by admin. Strange that it didn't show up in search results before, and now it shows up.
