what happened to that case, where some govt authority asked Apple why they rejected such and such app. i think that time too it was google related.

yeap. fcc google Apple and at&ttechcrunch is giving away a tee-shirt as a prize for any googler who can provide them with a screenshot of the apple's rejection letter. once that screenshot is out, apple would find it very very hard to justify their earlier claim. apple has responded by saying that they have NOT rejected google voice app.
