So I had this weird issue on my 20days old airtel fibre connection. Sometimes page would not load at all and youtube revanced having problems while loading videos. Speed tests were all ok and ping was normal, no packet loss while checking with ping command. The problems would resolve after rebooting the router but came again after a day or two. Mailed on [email protected] and mentioned that router was acting up. They replaced it the next morning with sercomm AOT ont. It's been working fine for now but I'd like to observe. Surely I would not want to get it changed again as it took around 1.5 hours for the engineer to replace it, he was somewhat inexperienced. I asked for a zte/Huawei one but all he had was sercomm. Now Sercomm is broadcasting a hidden ssid, which dasan router wasn't.
