In general what should I do next. Like change some settings in ONT for better speed or consistency. I received old ass Nokia ONT G2425G-A router. Is it any good?
How did you get this router on new connection? I received mine in October, it is Sercomm 4221 SR . It doesn't have any physical buttons to turn off wifi. Does your router have?

I raised request for router replacement. It was ignored. I moved on considering that this type of router is new and airtel may not have Nokia routers .
Enable box is checked and grayed out. I need to convince airtel for another router after finding out others can turn off WiFi.

@kadxprime Call their customer care and keep insisting that router doesn't work, keeps rebooting randomly. I did same yesterday and got replacement in an hour
