Got only 2 Gb data in Lyf smartphone. :(

I got a Lyf smartphone couple of days back, the Jio sim got activated today with 2Gb and it has been finished now. Now i can't access internet anymore, I thought there were no tricks involved to get unlimited offer if you buy a lyf smartphone. Are there any tricks involved to activate the offer?

similar case was with my friend, he was fed up without data and contacted customer care, his access and data bundle was resumed
and balance is NOT being charged for data since then.
I think he was taking email support.

I will try but i won't be able to download any Jio apps if said to do so using my mobile data since its exhausted

2GB is minimum you get for jio sim. You have to call customer care and get your account activated. Its simple. Just call them,email them, chat with them
