HiI got new sim. i activated gprs its not working in my mobile samsung i9003. i called customer care many time every one is telling different setting for access. i activated 3g same problem. they deactivated my call to customer care. when i m trying to customer care. it will say all are busy at the moment and send mail to docomo. Any one help me to resolve the problem. Service is bad. i tried airtel, aircel sim in my handset its working fine for me
