Is anyone having speed issues for the past few months.
I have been using gtpl since 2015 and it sucks specially now my speed has been capped at half for a month and the connection stays online for only 2-3h a day (now the connection is stable but speed is still capped at half) they have shit customer support when i call them sometimes they dont even open a support ticket even if they do they close the ticket the next day i cant even open a ticket from their website. I have 10mbps and i only get 3-4 mbps download speed and sometimes i dont even get a proper upload speed. Now when i call them they say theyll fix the issue as soon as possible.
Few days ago my cousin renewd his plan to 20mbps and his also get half the speed 10mbps.
Is anyone having these similar issues.
