Guys! Need help with new connecion

I registered for a new connection in my area. The BSNL people say "Sir No feasibility in your area". Now, comes the most annoying part...I can see my neighbor's BSNL switch(The small white box from where they provide everyone with connection) from my balcony i.e, their connection exist not ever 10m away from my house... and there is a another switch in another house that is less than 40m away from my house. Now, guys whom do i go and complain about this? Its obvious that these BSNL people are not doing their work.Area:AECS Layout B Block,Singhasandra,Bangalore-68.Nearest Telephone Exchange:Hosa road telephone exchange(Near Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham college)

Talk to the JTO at exchange. Will be better if you go in person. Before that, check with your neighbours about the quality of connection.
