of all these days I was using USB hub for only connecting a device but once I moved a couple of things
to this Cheapo Hub, everything was getting connected and then disconnected again and again,
reason was obvious USB power available from Laptop was not enough to drive all these devices together.
So I opened my Rs.100 Hub and inserted a few components and Now Its working fine with multiple devices running at the same time.
Powered by our evergreen Nokia Slim PIN charger :peaceful:
Now Connecting without any error USB Mouse + android + chill pad (thermal master) + a USB Pen Drive/Laserjet , all together never worked earlier on this HUB, they worked like a charm.
if anyone else here has D.I.Y. itch like I have, please feel free to post your questions.
I used following parts
1 x Blue 3mm L.E.D.
1 x 33 ohm 1/4w resistor
1 x IN4007 Dioide
1 x Nokia power jack (female)
Total cost Rs.5/-
The diode is used in +5V wire coming from PC USB port, so power from external source is not sent back to laptop which would
have resulted in hardware malfunction.

Edit: added another pic

Nice!
Do add higher resolution images if you have them.
Kinda want to do this myself. I had hoped to get a surge protector with usb connectors for charging Nokia/bb phones but couldn't find one.
