Has Airtel stopped port forwarding?

Are you using temporary IPv6 address? See the screenshot. ipconfig command will show two IPv6.

Also you need to test using another internet connection like mobile internet provided on your phone.
From within the same ISP it may not work.

all i want is my router to forward 2 port 32032 and 32038
i am not able to change ip v4 to v6 they have updated my router firmware and blocked me to change setting
 
I do not know if Airtel manages different firewalls for different locations.
I am in Pune on Airtel Internet, ports are open on IPv4 as well as IPv6.

Write to net@airtel.com asking for assistance from backend tech expert. They will ask usual engineer to contact you, then explain him that you want to discuss your case with backend expert. That's what I usually do when I know that the immediate engg won't understand my query!
