Has anyone seen hathway offering 150Mbps in delhi ?

I don't think that his area has 50mbps+ plans. If you want to know then disconnect their connect for a month or two and they will send you one. Or ask someone in your area who has disconnected after taking 100mbps plan, he might be getting it.
You just need the sms once and after that you can get that plan every month.
 
Yes, my area doesn't have 50mbps+ plans as pointed out by @Mr_mime. I get loads of offers/sms, however max speed has always been 50mbps. On 50mbps, upload speed is around 4-5mbps
