Has JioFiber started offering static IP or are they still using CG-NAT ?

I was a very early costumer of JioFiber (late 2017), and back then all their routers were put behind a carrier grade NAT environment.

Since I specifically needed a public IP (even a dynamic would do), I switched over to Airtel's VFiber (100Mbps/300GB).

But now since new Jio plans have been released, and they are offering a really good bang for the buck, does anyone here have any experience with a JIO static IP ?

Would be absolutely terrific is someone could post screenshots of their WAN connection page, a traceroute to 8.8.8.8 and VOIP config details, since I intend to use a VOIP softphone instead of their JioCall app.

PS: I need the following ports : 5060 (internal family PBX), 8080,443,4430,7000-10000.

No reason to think they'll suddenly start giving even dynamic public IPs with the new plans. CG-NAT will still remain for sure. As others have noted, they provide static IPs only for surveillance (CCTV) purposes, and that too only with 3 ports open max. Read the following for details:

they simply don’t have enough IP addresses, so they use CG NAT. They give public IPv6 addresses though. I don’t think any new ISP can give public IPv4 addresses. I heard ACT is also shifting to CGNAT in some cities.

I think what OP is trying to ask is, are they willing to give a public IPv4 address for a fixed monthly cost like every other ISP does. Nobody is expecting them to suddenly start giving static or even dynamic public IPv4 address for free.

@blueman24 You got me right, I am asking if I can pay an extra amount and get a static IP !

I currently pay Rs. 2100 / yr for a static IP with my local ISP (Tachyon Broadband Lko.), but I need IPv6 connectivity for some of my home projects. Hence I was looking into Jio.

Only if anyone can provide some relevant details !
