Hathaway HD hyderabad renewal

My one year with HD got over and all hd channels are blocked. Any contact where I can call and get details to renew. Local operator does not know how to renew HD. Also what are current renewal charges in Hyd ?

Hathway office, 2nd floor above Bata Showroom, Hyderguda Main Road. (Diagnonally opp Apollo Hosp).
Carry your STB preferably and take any of the two annual packages. Calling them does not help.

www.hathway.com will soon have the facility once the legal issues and technical tangles of packages are sorted out.

called up my lco.. beam .. initially they hesitated to help me.. but on multiple requests and asking them for service, their guy took the money and got the renewal thing done.. so it was pretty seamless for me
