there is a new scam by hathway, and has happened 4th time with me in last one month, when my hathway wifi stops working for minimum 14-15 hours but as soon as i recharge for my jio phone connection to add data so i can use data, after that 15-20mins max, the wifi also starts working, as hathway and jio both fall under umbrella of reliance, this can be new way of getting as much as possible out of pocket of customers. This has to be investigated further as this is unethical practise by joint venture
