If Your Signal Levels Fine
Still Getting
Slow Speed, Delay in Modem Coming online
Weird Signal Problem like Cable & send light flashing but no receive
even tough signal levels fine
It is Upstream / Downstream Frequency Channels Problem
Imagine you are watching picture on your set top box & that channel is lagging too much
If that Happens with Internet Channels what will happen?
Right
On browsing you will have to refresh often
On downloading your download will start lag start lag with download acceleration
without download acceleration download will start lag start stoped responding in middle

just like when you search for tv frequency channels on your analog cable tvcable modem search for upstream / downstream frequency channels to come online these reverse signal & frequency channels must be receive clear to cable modemreverse signal strength is shown in image "S/N: 32.7 dB"

u dont need to download any thing just open Command promote and type ping -t 198.xx.xx.xx (your default getway)
