Hathway Chennai - 50mbps unlimited -retention plan

I am also on the same plan. But I paid 595 on the first month. Now it is showing 707 every month. How are u paying the bill?
 
I received a call from Sales person today who promised that the plan is 'Unlimited'. Is this really unlimited or are we talking about 3.3TB limit like Airtel an Jio?

Also, is the upload speed symmetric or is it still a fraction of download speed?
