hathway delhi pings

i am thinking of getting a hathway connection

can anybody post pics of speedtest and pings to asian servers ( singa etc ) and europian server ( germany etc )

also how is their customer service ?

i applied for a connection on their website 2 days ago , havent got any call yet :3
