Unlimited means 3.3tb?
No mention of this on the app. It only says unlimited. I guess since it's owned by Jio, the limit should be in the region of 3XXX TB
My experience with Hathway was very frustrating
1. Got my connection within a day but they gave me a single band router after billing me for dual band router.
2. Nobody cares including the local customer care & representative. Just blame it on the stock shortage and they keep procrastinating with one or the other reason.
Finally getting rid of this connection with Airtel

Any reason why you went with Hathway? In my experience, their connection is fine till you dont have the need to access customer care. Even for this, I have raised tickets in the app and it was resolved within timelines.
If you can, go with Airtel. I've found their customer support more responsive than Jio and usually within 2-3 hours, someone is at your doorstep.
