Hathway HD Box Return

Hi,
I have installed Hathway HD set top box through my LCO in 2012. I paid him 5500 Rs for this HD Box. From the last 2 month, im not getting any channel. when I contact my LCO, they told to us we have not link to hathway from the last three month becos they demand more money. Now My LCO link with Mirai communication.
So im decide to handover hathway HD box to hathway(branch office-bangalore). Will hathway repay some amount to me?

I really doubt if hathway will return the money. If you have to get some money back then it has to be from your cable operator

Yes.. they told to check with branch office( halasur,) I check with them, but they agree to refund only 1000/- .but its not worth

A friend of mine had the same issue,he used the box for six month only,and returned the box to the LCO.
The lco returned half of the amount back.It happened just few days before.
