Hathway is Blocking third party DNS ?

I tried to change dns server but I failed as its not changed and its getting routed to hathway server only no matter what I give..

Only DNS Crypt is working rest normal changing dns fails.

So I am holding Airtel Broadband connection to use " DNS change and proxy services"

No.I didn't.
I don't think so they can help us

They did fix the issue also my plan got reduced from 150Mb/s , 1200GB @ 1049 too same plan with @ 942.82
