mhmm I am getting confused, isn't there plan which provides full 2Mbps Unlimited without Fair Usage Policy? I am currently on 1Mbps Unlimited for Rs.1150 and I crossed the 25GB mark still getting 1Mbps full blast Speed, Lucky Man I am.

FUP limit are not followed manytimes by many ISPs. I once downloaded about 100GB in 2Mbps 5GB FUP Subscription.

Anyone knows if the downloads on sunday are not considered under FUP ( I mean whatever i will download on Sunday will not be counted under my FUP)and also after I complete my FUP I have heard that speed comes back on Sundays/* I called Customer Care and they said only browsing is not considered, but downloads are considered, I was like wth you also download while browsingand they said speed comes back only at next billing cycle */Someone clarify On flash 2 max 2175/-

Welcome...AFAIK, downloads on Sundays is not counted (most probably for Unlimited Plans, dont try this for Limited plans).They cannot differentiate between downloads and browsing. If at all they say that browsing is free, then even downloads should be free.

That answers your question. The packages are good, but the tariff plans seems to be prepared without proper estimation or clarity. As i said, High speed packs are cheaper than many Low speed packs.

I have recently moved from MTNL to hathway, and i am happy with hathway.

I have taken the 5 Mbps Zip 5 Lite. It costed Rs.899+taxes (Rs.1010), but now the rates have gone up by Rs.25+taxes.

I get 10gb to download in a month with Sundays being free. This means 10gb in 25 days or avg. 400mb/day. On each Sundays, i download around 40gb.

So assuming 4 sundays a month, Rs. 1040 for 170gb is much cheaper than Hayai imaginary services

And yes, I do get full 5 Mbps speed!

For 'unlimited' plans, sundays are free for browsing and downloading.
I don't know whether speed comes back on Sundays after completing FUP. I can't risk checking this, as I d/l 40 gbs on Sundays at 5 Mbps, and if I cross the FUP limit, then I'll only get 2 gbs @256 kbps
