Hathway not providing assistance in relocation [Advance subscription payment done]

I have been using the Hathway connection for more than a year. Performance wise I am happy.

My concern is regarding their behavior for the existing customer. I have shifted from Pune to Pimpri Chinchwad location. I raised a request on 8th Aug'16 for installation at the new premises agreeing to their payment of fee of Rs.450/-. I was told that I will get a call back from the area supervisor with the feasibility aspect.

However, I did not receive any call back till 11th Aug. I called the customer care and the representative asked me to drop a mail at [email protected]. Still I did not receive any response from that team as well. With more calls to them, I got similar responses with the promise of receiving a response.

Till date (23rd Aug'16), no call back from their side. I made advance payment of 3 months (subscription till mid September,16) and I have more than 1 month left. But looking at their casual behavior, I have decided to move on from their service.

My suggestion to all is to look at this aspect before taking Hathway service.
