Hathway has the worst service.. Ask them for a refund.. They are not going to fix the issue... I had a similar problem... For new connection they came in 3 hours. But for fixing the issue i had even after 10 days they tell "sorry for the inconvenience, in 24 hours our technical guy will come and fix it." But 24hours has not come in the past 10 days. Also they do some dirty tricks...the request was closed saying service is not provided in the new area, and cable cannot be given through he glass window as the customer requests,, all this not even calling or visiting the site. Another trick they have, costumer did not pick the call.. And close the request.
