hello members i have a problem with my modem.....when i connect to internet, i'm not getting connected......all the led lamps are glowing steadily including that data lamp ( which has to blink in actual case) i have to switch off and switch on the modem several times to get a connection.... also i see the error 815.......as i previously mentioned that it is not getting connected around hrs.., now it is not responding during usual hours also........
one of the member suggested me to post the screen shots of the modem settings.....i have posted it in my previous post.....it took much time to get those screen shots because the dsl router was not responding.......
also one suggested that by changing the power chord, the problem gets solved......please do specify the posts where these issues were solved ( if u know the place)
essbebe in broadband troubleshooting, there nothing mentioned about error 815.......
please do suggest anyway to solve the problem........
