HD acess fee reduced to 95 from 175 for TATA SKY

Just when I opted for HD box offer to reduce my hd access fees for the year, they do this. lol

Wonder if current subscribers are reduced automatically ?
Coz in my portal it still says 175.

Thats the only thing running on 100 ch on my tv. In fact there is a dedicated slot programme named HD ACESS FEE OFFER
Its saying to give missed call to this number,

May be for new customers only like Mobile operators do.
Never in Tata Sky history I have heard package price getting reduced

The HD access fee is a ripoff anyways. I had unsubscribed from their HD package since they had increased it to 175 pm.
Why should customers buy a HD set top box and then pay for both SD and HD versions of the same channel?

So here is what i did.
I was already subscribed to HD acess, so i unsubscribed it first from my portal.
Then gave the missed call on that given number from my RMN.
Now there was new addon pack added which is priced 95 rs and is enabling me to watch all HD channels . Its named "HD Addon New DMP".
But in the column of HD acess fee now there is nothing , which means i am not subscribed,
So from what i understand this is new addon pack which is enabling to watch those HD channels at 95 rs without HD acess fee,
