HD audio out of sync on TV

Hello,I feel the NG and Discovery HD World audio is out of sync. I checked my TV volume offset feature and it is set to zero. Not sure if you all are experiencing the same. Please share your experience
 
I am thinking the same, I have not checked but I feel the same. I will check it today.
