HD channels missing??

Hi guys,I have Dish HD package (actually two; parent and child) and suddenly my HD channels have gone missing from both the connections. Any idea what's the problem? I called Dish TV and they said there's a new setup box available now and I should be replacing my setup box (which is done for free)? does that sound right?Thanks for your help!CheersAnees
