where are you guys getting these offers? When you login to online portal / through text msg etc?

In the past I’ve received texts for these kind of upgrades. Portal has a section for offers iirc.

HDFC is my oldest card. Don't remember what i got back in 2005, but holding money-back variant for past 2 iterations.

I think I am the max regelia limit that's why the upgrade is showing up.
It's about ..

Unfortunately, neither me nor my wife received any upgrade offer.

I don't think limit is a factor - maybe spend habits, old customer etc could also be. When was the last upgrade could also play a part.

Yes, spending habits play a key role. Mine is already an Infinia but my wife's is a Regalia. So even if they offer, I won't take it because there is no point in spending an extra 2.5K a year just for a metal card.
Even planning to downgrade my dad's card as he rarely uses it and 10K fee is not justified for his usage.
