Yes, those options are there i.e. with spending conditions. I have better cards with spending conditions which I want to keep - I cant have too many cards with spending conditions - so only interested in free card in case of HDFC.

I’ve received the credit card with a new expiry date and CVV number. The card numbers are the same.

Citi has always generated a new card after expiration.
